I have problems with the copyright of pictures I want to upload. I know how to upload the images, but they always get deleted.
The images that I want to use belong to the World Taekwondo Federation. So they are copyrighted, but as I work for the WTF I have permission to use

== Tool for interwiki link cleanup? ==

I'd like to know if there is a tool that does the following. Given a page on a specific language wikipedia, it goes through all of the links from that page which are interwiki and determines if any of those pages have same language equivalents. For example, if I enter <nowiki>[[:en:Tomato]]</nowiki> and there is link on that page to <nowiki>[[es:Rojo]]</nowiki> (because the person who added it didn't know there was an english language page for Red), the tool would alert that <nowiki>[[es:Rojo]]</nowiki> has an english language equivalent at <nowiki>[[en:Red]]</nowiki> and that the article can use that instead.[[User:Naraht|Naraht]] ([[User talk:Naraht|talk]]) 17:23, 4 November 2013 (UTC)

In most cases, however, it is likely to be found by the reviewer that the Wikidata already contains the best match, and that the others have to left hard-coded as extra links. == Help with Article for Creation that was Deleted ==

Hi - I recently created an article without realizing that much the information already existed on the person's website. When I realized the information existed elsewhere, I contacted the individual, but in the meantime the page (which was still in draft form - not submitted) was deleted by an administrator. The individual to who this wikipedia page was to be about has since contacted Wikipedia with a note that they agree to publish that work under the free license "Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported" and GNU Free Documentation License (unversioned, with no invariant sections, front-cover texts, or back-cover texts). Wikipedia has responded back accepting this. Where do I go from here? Is there a way to contact the administrator who deleted the page, asking for it to be reinstated? I don't want my account to be deleted.
