How to make an edit request:
- If you want to fix an error on the main page, use Wikipedia:Main Page/Errors.
- If this is your first time making an edit request, please read Wikipedia:Edit requests.
- Be specific. Say exactly what text you want changed and include a copy of exactly what text should replace it.
- Give your reasons. Requests without reasons will probably be declined.

This template is shown as an "editintro" when a user clicks on the "Submit an edit request" button from MediaWiki:Protectedpagetext. This template is used by Module:Submit an edit request/config.
