Kalat-e Khotbeh Sara (Persian: كلات خطبه سرا)[a] is a village in Khotbeh Sara Rural District[2] of Kargan Rud District in Talesh County, Gilan province, Iran.
Demographics

[edit | edit source]The village did not appear in the 2006 National Census.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 456 people in 143 households.[4] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 538 people in 181 households.[1]
