Reduced size. Is now low and only as much resolution as necessary to identify and show the illustration described in the article, not enough to be used for piracy

Purpose of use

It is a historically significant photo of a famous individual work. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the subject of this article. This makes it even more needed because the original image in the current online file on IBM.com is unrecognizable.

Replaceable?

No free equivalent is available. The subject of the photograph is deceased, therefore a "new" image can not be created of this person. A free image may not exist, but in the event of a free image being located for this person in the future, this image should be deleted as soon as possible. There have been attempts made to contact the copyright owner, but they haven't had effect yet.
