Fair Use Rationale in WWF Aggression

- It is a low resolution copy of an album cover, a small portion of the commercial product, and serves as an easily identifiable part of a larger entity.
- The use of the cover will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original album, and may even increase the potential for the copyright owner to gain from the image.
- The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of topics in the article. For an article about an album or artist, the cover artwork is very important and adds significantly to the educational article.
- Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD.
