- to illustrate the videotape or disc in question
- on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation,
qualifies as fair use under the Copyright law of the United States. Any other uses of this image, on Wikipedia or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Non-free content for more information.
To the uploader:
- Please add a detailed non-free use rationale for each article the image is used in, which must also declare compliance with the other parts of the non-free content criteria, as well as the source of the work and copyright information.
- For example non-free use rationales, see Wikipedia:Use rationale examples.
- This tag should only be used for video covers.
- Try using Template:Non-free use rationale video cover to state the rationale.

[edit | edit source]I, Dinsdale1234 13:03, 23 September 2007 (UTC), feel that this image is appropriate to be used in this article under fair use because:
- Silver Vision has not released any such images to the public domain
- It is a low resolution image of a cover of one of the DVD releases covered in the topic
- It does not limit the DVD's copyright owner (Silver Vision) to sell the DVD in any way
- The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the DVD
- The image is used to illustrate the theme of the DVD mentioned in the article
- The image's only purpose is to aid in the description of the DVD, and no other purpose
