1. This is the logo that is used to represent Userjoy (the main article) in question. It is one of the primary means of visual identification of the subject or topic. It's not exactly of poor resolution, but neither is it really huge.
2. There is no free equivalent, being a logo.
3. In no way does it hinder the company's efforts to make money. In fact visuals tend to stick in people's mind and they may remember this logo and hence AsiaSoft when thinking of a new game company to play and so boosting publicity
