Summary
[edit | edit source]This image was originally created by myself on August 20, 2007 based on an online discussion in USC's CSCI 555: Advanced Operating Systems class in order to demonstrate the three-phase commit protocol.
This image is largely based off the information on the 3PC protocol described at Three-phase commit protocol and by S. Gaddam at [1].
This version was created to address concerns by Yagibear on Talk:Three-phase_commit_protocol, and has been converted from SVG to PNG to fix rendering problems reported by Momet at Image_talk:Three-phase_commit_diagram.svg.
This image supersedes Three-phase_commit_diagram.svg.
