Summary

This is a summary diagram for the field of TCAD, or Technology Computer Aided Design. It was created by Prof. Robert Dutton of Stanford University. It is included in "Handbook of Design Automation" by CRC press, Volume II, Chapter 25 (Chapter 28, p. 717 in 2016 edition). CRC press has given explicit permission to publish chapter summaries on Wikipedia.
