Though this image is subject to copyright I (Thief12 20:53, 3 December 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album in any way;
- copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album on another medium;
- the image helps to demonstrate the description of Listen Closely in its article.
