Fair Use Rationale

1. No free equivalent - This SmartCell logo file is the only one of its kind. It is a png file with a clear background and a small enough resolution, where duplicating it for commercial purposes would result in a poor quality picture, rendering it unusable.

2. Respect for commercial opportunities - This SmartCell logo file represents the actual logo itself, and is secondary to SmartCell's logo on its official website.

3. (a) Minimal use - This SmartCell image at most portrays the identification of the SmartCell's official logo. (b) Resolution/fidelity - Low resolution image, which is too poor of a quality to be used for commercial usage.

4. Previous publication - SmartCell's official website displays a logo of which this image was based on.

5. Content - This image is meant only for Wikipedia's encyclopedic purposes, and not for any other usage. The image can only be found in Wikipedia.

6. Media-specific policy - The image meets the free use rationale and meets Wikipedia's media-specific policy.

7. One-article minimum - This image can only be found on the SmartCell Technology Wikipedia page.

8. Significance - The image allows Wikipedia users to identify the SmartCell logo.

9. Restrictions on location - The image is only placed on the left hand side of the SmartCell Technology Wikipedia page, and no where else.
