Description
English: Memphis power pop band The Scruffs in Japan, 2001. The re-union is for their album Love, The Scruffs and this is from their Japan tour. The Scruffs are Stephen Burns, Bobby (Belle and Sebastian), Wil (The Andersons), Francis (Teenage Fanclus etc).
