The photo is a publicity photo as demonstrated by the embossed signature. The photo was taken circa 1930. The subject has been dead since 1984, thirty-two years, so replacement is difficult. The photo, being a publicity photo, will not be used for publicity by wiki and will be used only in this one instance. It is not known if the copyright of the publicity photo is still in effect, but is not highly likely. |
