This image shows a copyrighted work of architecture from a country with no freedom of panorama exception. In accordance with a general consensus (2012), English Wikipedia only follows the copyright law of the United States (Title 17 of the United States Code). Therefore, the U.S. freedom of panorama (for architecture only) is applied to images of all copyrighted architecture from countries with no freedom of panorama exceptions.

Definition of architecture or building (under 17 U.S. Code, Sec. 101)
- Humanly habitable structures that are intended to be both permanent and stationary, such as houses and office buildings, and other permanent and stationary structures designed for human occupancy, including but not limited to churches, museums, gazebos, and garden pavilions. (CFR 202.11(b)(2))
