Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Forotic, potrivit anexei nr. 1.9, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat de un brâu crenelat pe ambele părţi, de argint.În primul cartier, pe fond roşu, se află un stejar dezrădăcinat, de argint, flancat de două cruci cu braţele egale, treflate, de aur.În al doilea cartier, pe fond albastru, se află două spice de grâu încrucişate în partea inferioară, de aur.Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate:

Brâul crenelat reprezintă două monumente arheologice aflate pe teritoriul comunei, respectiv castrul şi aşezarea civilă romană.Stejarul simbolizează bogăţia silvică a zonei.Crucile simbolizează Biserica de lemn "Naşterea Maicii Domnului", datând din secolul al XIX-lea.Spicele de grâu reprezintă ocupaţia de bază a locuitorilor, agricultura.Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
