Summary

Description
English: Image made in BioRender. Multimodal data obtained in the Patch-Seq technique. Cells electrophysiological properties are measured, then a transcriptome analysis is done from their nucleus and cytosol and from the remaining structure morphological reconstruction is done. The technique can be applied to cute brain slices, cultured cells and in vivo samples.
