To update the article page for the company with this logo, so as to update with it. It is also a part of its visual identity and brand, an essential part of the latter. Therefore, its purpose is to update the previous logo with the new one and to present the company's brand.

Replaceable?

As this is a company logo, I believe that there is no replaceable content for this image as it is protected by United States copyright law and Wikipedia's logo policy and the only suitable replacement for it would have to be official and substitute part of the logo itself.
