Permission history

This is one of those files that predates the existence of formalized permission procedures. Here is how it was uploaded:
- The photographer posted a long comment about the facility on en.wp including the comment that the photos are "available for the asking".
- I replied to that comment on-wiki (see above) and offered to upload the photos on his behalf.
- He emailed me a bunch of photos, and I picked one of them to upload. There was no licensing statement in the email.
I'm not sure if that would pass muster today, though I would argue that the result clearly reflects his intent. I've tried emailing him to be sure, but unfortunately the original address is no longer working, and I can't find any evidence of the original photographer having an online presence after the mid-2000s, as well as records of a 2006 death that appear to match his name and US state.--Eloquence* 23:22, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
