Jorge, along with Lt. Cmdr. Dale Taylor, Lt. j.g. Thomas Cameron, and Petty Officer 3rd Class Andrew Knight were killed when their helicopter crashed in Mobile Bay, Ala., during a training mission, Feb. 28, 2012.
