A preview screenshot of the JavaScript peer reviewing script on the article Wikipedia.
Notice the features of the script: the peer review link is on the upper-right hand corner, the send-to WP:PR button (partially cut off, so that it reads sen) on the right side, the instaview ((C) Pilaf, BSD) below the suggestions which shows it in HTML form, and the status bar which changes to descriptions of buttons/etc. The suggestions box itself contains links to opening the suggestions in a new window, minimizing the suggestions, adding footnotes and replacing the text with prose.
