Though the picture is copyright © to the BBC and/or Loose Cannon Productions, I Futurehawk|talk 05:00, 27 August 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:
- The image is a low-resolution screenshot;
- The image is being used for informational purposes about the reconstruction of the missing episodes of the television program Doctor Who;
- No more free alternative exists;
- The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the BBC's or Loose Cannon Productions commercial use of the image in question.
