Various music critics discussed the inclusion of exotic animals in the video and the image further illustrates this concept to the reader. It is believed this image is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
  • No free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately depict the detail in the same way, based on the fact that the image is taken from a music video.
  • The music video screenshot is of low resolution.
  • The music video screenshot does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the television drama in any way.
