Though the picture is subject to copyright I (Ninja Neko) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- it is a low resolution copy of a manga cover.
- it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the manga series in any way.
- it provides visual identification of the two main characters of the series.
- it provides visual identification of the art style of this series.
- there is no free alternative depicting these characters.
