This image is subject to copyright, but I believe its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a low resolution copy of a CD album cover, used for identification of the album in question.
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album in any way.
3. Copies made from this image would be of inferior quality, due to its low resolution.
