Fair Use Rationale

The following image, Extra Logo.jpg is understood to qualify as fair use as it is an image from a television show which is of a lower quality than the broadcaster/verbatim media release. The image supports the article in providing an accurate representation of Extra (Australian TV series). This image is not breaching the copyright owner's (The Nine Network's) ability to profit, and is not accruing any profit from being displayed on Wikipedia. The image holds a single purpose and that is for observation and critical commentary.
