The image I have chosen to upload is the cover of the music album Elements of Corrosion by a Technical Death Metal band called Oppressor. The image came from the website Encyclopaedia Metallum, here is the link: link The copyright holder is the Encyclopaedia Metallum. This image I have chosen to upload will be used in the Oppressor page, in the discography section. The image itself will be placed on the Elements of Corrosion page in the right-hand information box that states information about the album, the image will be placed there, the whole purpose is to show anyone who uses that page what the particular album looks like, as there has been no picture of the album there in the past. The image shall be used in no other page but that one that I have stated.

Though the picture is subject to copyright I, EndlessWires 12:29, 21 July 2007 (UTC) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• It is a low resolution copy of a CD album cover;
• It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way;
• Scanned copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD
• It is being used for informational purposes only, not for profit.

This image is of a cover of an audio recording, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the work or the artist(s) which produced the recording or cover artwork in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of such covers
