Fair Use Rationale in Live In Spaceland

This image is a cover of Live in Spaceland, it is a live album by The Drones. Its inclusion here is claimed as fair use because:
- It illustrates critical or educational articles about the album from which the cover illustration was taken.
- The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the article topic.
- It is a low resolution image.
- The image is only a small portion of the commercial product.
- It is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value as it was created by a non-Wikipedian after 1923 and all versions of this image are copyrighted.
