- It is an image of a historically significant figure
- Dolores Wilson is deceased and it is believed that no free equivalent exists
- The image is being used for informational and identificational purposes only and at the head of the article
- The inclusion of the image adds significantly to the article
- The image has already been published outside Wikipedia at http://www.operanews.com/operanews/templates/content.aspx?id=17314
This image is a faithful digitisation of a unique historic image, and the copyright for it is most likely held by the person who created the image or the agency employing the person. It is believed that the use of this image may qualify as non-free use under the Copyright law of the United States.
