This image is being used to illustrate the article Diva: The Singles Collection. I feel that this qualifies as fair use because:
- 1. It is a web-resolution image.
- 2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD in any way.
- 3. The image is significant because it depicts the cover of the album that is the subject of the article.
- 4. No free or public domain images could replace this one, as all of the promotional artwork for this album is copyrighted, and anything else would be inadequate for identification or commentary.
