Summary

This is an illustration of the HLA-DR antigen receptor. Alpha chain(magenta), beta chain(blue), and bound peptide(yellow). The peptide is occupying the binding cleft. Created by P. Deitiker, is based on a structure of HLA-DR available from pdb.
