Deutsch: In der linken oberen Hälfte steht der Sayn'sche Löwe und kennzeichnet die Zughörigkeit nach Hachenburg. Der Sayn'sche Löwe ist immer gold auf rot, blau gezüngt und bewehrt (blaue Zunge und blaue Krallen), doppelschwänzig und hat den Blick nach vorn. In der rechten unteren Hälfte wurden die Naussauischen Farben Gold und Blau verwendet. Mehrere Mühlenräder symbolisieren die vier Mühlen, die einst um Heuzert an der Nister gelegen waren. Zwischen den beiden Hälften ein silberner Streifen für die Nister.
