This image is a screenshot of a copyrighted television program. As such, the copyright for it is most likely owned by the company or corporation that produced it. It is believed that the use of a limited number of low-resolution screenshots
- for identification of and critical commentary on the television program and its contents
- on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation,
qualifies as fair use under the Copyright law of the United States. Any other uses of this image, on Wikipedia or elsewhere, might be copyright infringement. For more information, see Wikipedia:Non-free content.

It is contended that the use of this image qualifies as fair use when used in the article on CityNews for the following reasons.
- This image is not replaceable; logos are always presumed non-free per WP:LOGO.
- This image is copyrighted and there is no non-copyrighted version of this image available.
- This image is used for identification and or educational purposes only in the article on CityNews, and other articles if specific fair use rationale can be provided.
- This image enhances the article in which it's displayed, as it provides an immediate relevance to the reader more capably than the textual description alone.
- This logo, a primary identifier for the group discussed in CityNews, can not be effectively replaced by prose and achieve the same identification capabilities.
- This image is of a reasonably low resolution.
- This image does not limit the copyright holder's ability to profit from the original source, nor will it dilute the importance or recognition of the logo in connection with its organization.
