Summary
[edit | edit source]A cropped screenshot of the drawing interface presented to players in the game Broken Picture Telephone. The layout of the interface, and the text of the previous player's contribution ("Pope Francis decides to run this year's Olympics!"), are presumably copyrighted, but a Fair Use claim is made for the screenshot's appearance in the Broken Picture Telephone article, to demonstrate the gameplay discussed.
