Public Domain Rationale: This photo, which ran in the boxing magazine Police Gazette, in the 1890's was published in the United States prior to 1923, and is therefore public domain in the US. The photo is grainy, and will be used only this once, though it is public domain. The belt was sometimes called the "Fox" belt. I do not recommend it being ported to WikiCommons.
