Nederlands: Economen moeten beter uitleggen wat de essentie van hun vakgebied is stelt Bas Haring, hoogleraar filosofie Universiteit Leiden/auteur/presentator en wil de economen daar graag bij helpen.
Stelselmatig voor het vakgebied van de economie is dat mensen zich vergissen in de theorie, begrippen of verbanden niet zien of begrijpen. Dat moet beter kunnen stelt Bas Haring. Goede voorbeelden zijn "het potlood" van Milton Friedman over specialisatie of "de parade" van Jan Pen over inkomensongelijkheid. De komende maanden wil Bas Haring een aantal economische fenomenen uitleggen op de website Me Judice als opmaat voor een mini economie "museum". |
