I believe that this image of a video game screenshot should be considered fair use for the following reasons.
1. It was uploaded with the intent to improve the quality of the article.
2. The image was taken via use of an emulator.
3. No alternative version of this image exists.
4. It's doubtful that any free use image for this game is available.
