The front cover of Amanda Lear 1976 7" single "Queen of Chinatown", copyright Ariola Records. Record cover to illustrate the article about album "I Am a Photograph", the Amanda Lear discography, and the relevant period in the history of Amanda Lear. Although the picture is subject to copyright I feel and assert that it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  • it is a low resolution copy of a single cover;
  • it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the single in any way;
  • no free alternative is available;
  • its use is commensurate with usage throughout discographies and album listings across the world wide web;
  • its low resolution means copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on CD or LP.
