Yin Yan Lee (Chinese: 李胤顏; also known as Venus Lee) is a Taiwanese entrepreneur, philanthropist, and biotechnology innovator. She is the founder and chairperson of the Win Harvest Biotech Group, a biotechnology enterprise engaged in the research, development, and international distribution of health, skincare, and nutraceutical products. Under the group’s portfolio are several consumer and scientific brands, including Win Harvest Biotechnology Co., Ltd.—the developer of the iShine skincare line—and the recently launched L’Life brand for premium healthcare supplements.

Lee was born and raised in Taichung, Taiwan. She has described her early life as challenging, shaped by family hardship and bullying in school, experiences that motivated her to create businesses centered on confidence, health, and happiness.[1]

Lee founded the Win Harvest Biotech Group in the late 1990s as a platform for biotechnology-based health innovation. The group integrates research, manufacturing, and international sales of bio-nutraceuticals, skincare, and cellular therapy technologies. Its research centers in Taiwan and Asia focus on botanical actives, probiotics, NMN compounds, and cellular-level rejuvenation science.

Win Harvest Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Operating under the group, Win Harvest Biotechnology Co., Ltd. specializes in the research and development of functional beauty and health formulations. The company owns multiple Taiwan and international patents, including: Emblica Brightening Compound (I627973), Superconductive Anti-Aging Microstructure (M591410), Anti-Aging Botanical Complex (I532506), SuperRuta™ Probiotic Complex (M623841), Royal Peptide Firming Complex (M625980), and Probiotic Crystal Micro-Encapsulation Technology (M620232).

iShine

Launched in 2019, iShine (Chinese: 愛閃耀) is the group’s consumer-facing beauty and wellness brand, focusing on plant-based anti-aging skincare and daily health supplements. The brand emphasizes natural ingredients and biotechnology integration, combining purity with patented formulation technologies.[1] iShine products have been recognized with international awards such as the Korea WIC World Inventor Competition Gold Medal (2020–2021), the Asia BIO Excellence Award (2020), and the Taiwan Quality Assurance Golden Award (2021).[2]

L’Life

In 2025, Lee introduced the L’Life brand at an international showcase in Dubai. The line focuses on advanced nutritional products developed through Win Harvest’s years of biotechnology research, including formulations for increased energy, hormonal balance, immune support, and wellness for both men and women. Its flagship supplements include black truffle extract energy capsules and blood sugar–balancing nutraceuticals.

Philanthropy

In 2008, Lee served as Taiwan’s Human Rights Ambassador, representing the country at the United Nations International Human Rights Summit in New York.[1] She supports programs aiding underprivileged children and is a member of the Association for Better Living and Education and the Chinese International Human Rights Association. Her charitable efforts focus on education, empowerment, and family well-being.

Lee and her enterprises have been featured in Prestige Online Taiwan and Business Weekly Taiwan, as well as other lifestyle and business publications. Her brands have appeared on Taiwanese television programs such as 女人我最大 (Queen) and have sponsored major national events including the Taipei New Year’s Eve Celebration (2024) and the New Taipei Christmas City Festival (2021).[2]

In 2020, the iShine brand served as one of the main sponsors of the 55th Golden Bell Awards (第55屆金鐘獎), Taiwan’s premier television and entertainment awards ceremony, often referred to as the Emmy's of Taiwan.[3] As brand ambassador, Lee attended the event in person representing iShine’s sponsorship.[4]

In 2023, iShine again participated as an official skincare sponsor for the 58th Golden Bell Awards (第58屆金鐘獎), reinforcing its long-term collaboration with Taiwan’s entertainment industry.[5]

In 2025, under the Win Harvest Biotech Group, iShine announced new brand ambassadors—singer Ella 陳嘉樺 of S.H.E and actress 楊謹華, who received the 60th Golden Bell Award for Best Actress in a Television Series.[6][7]
