Premise
[edit | edit source]Paulo (Raul Julia), a Caribbean peasant and Isabel (Miriam Colon), a politician's mistress, open a brothel that becomes internationally famous. Though they gain wealth and power, the one thing that Isabel wants continues to elude her.
